Job Title: Urban Designer
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Job Description: Minimum qualifications include a Master Degree in Urban Design or City Planning, with undergraduate training in architecture design, and at least 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in the urban design and physical planning profession including North American project experience. Architect licensing or AICP certification is preferred. 

Qualified candidate must have demonstrated excellence in urban design, 3-D building massing conceptualization, familiarity with urban planning zoning and technical issues, and outstanding graphic presentation skill. He/she must demonstrate computer skills, including proficiency with AutoCAD and desktop publishing software. The ability to use GIS, Revit and 3-D computer modeling software is a plus. The successful applicant must be highly-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and organizational skills. The individual who fills this position must be able to work with minimum supervision, be able to support client communications and coordinate multi-disciplinary sub-consultant team, have the ability to lead/coordinate a team of junior and intermediate urban designers and experienced in community outreach. Travel may be required.
